Whispr gives people a place to talk without profiles, photos, followers, or messages. To keep that space healthy, every conversation should respect the person on the other side of the voice.
Be respectful
Treat people with basic dignity. Do not harass, intimidate, shame, degrade, or repeatedly target another person.
No hate speech
Do not attack, dehumanize, or promote hatred toward people based on protected traits, identity, nationality, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, or similar characteristics.
No sexual content
Do not use Whispr for sexual harassment, explicit sexual conversation, coercion, sexual pressure, or unwanted sexual remarks.
No threats or illegal activity
Do not threaten harm, encourage violence, promote self-harm, coordinate illegal activity, or use Whispr to exploit, endanger, or manipulate others.
Protect personal information
Do not share sensitive personal information and do not pressure others to reveal names, addresses, phone numbers, social accounts, precise location, financial information, or private identifiers.
Do not misuse anonymity
Anonymity is not permission to abuse people. Do not impersonate others, evade blocks, manipulate users, coordinate abuse, or attempt to bypass safety systems.
Report and block tools
If a conversation feels unsafe or violates these Guidelines, leave the conversation and use report or block. These tools help us review abuse and reduce repeat harm.
Enforcement
Whispr may issue warnings, limit access, suspend users, permanently remove users, or take other action when we believe these Guidelines have been violated.
Emergency disclaimer
Whispr is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services right away.
