By using Whispr, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The Service
Whispr provides anonymous voice conversations. Users press Start Talking, may be matched with another user, talk for up to 90 seconds, and may react, report, block, or leave.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Whispr. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. User Responsibility
You are responsible for your conduct during conversations and any information you choose to share. Do not share sensitive personal information or ask others to reveal private details.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Whispr for harassment, hate speech, sexual content, threats, illegal activity, impersonation, exploitation, abuse, evading blocks, or any conduct that harms users or the service.
6. Reports and Blocks
Whispr provides report and block tools. We may review reports, restrict access, remove users, or take other action when we believe these Terms or our Community Guidelines have been violated.
7. No Guarantee of Availability
We work to keep Whispr reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service. Voice matching may not always be available.
8. Service Changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Whispr at any time, including features, safety tools, matching behavior, or availability.
9. Termination and Removal Rights
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe a user has violated these Terms, created safety risk, misused anonymity, or harmed the service.
10. Intellectual Property
Whispr, including its design, branding, software, and content, is owned by Whispr or its licensors. These Terms do not give you ownership of any part of the service.
11. Disclaimers
Whispr is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whispr will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of the service.
